La Cambuse Du Saunier

Une superbe découverte lors d’un séjour au Festival de Carcassonne. Installés très rapidement à une belle table avec vue sur les salins, Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Un accueil sympathique et efficace, un service sans anicroche avec le sourire malgré la très forte chaleur, des produits très frais et appétissants servis copieusement. Nous avons adoré notre expérience à la cambuse du Saunier. Bravo Bravo et merci à toutes les équipes (salle, bar et cuisine). Bon courage à tous !

A magnificent setting, real good dishes with good products, One regret: the cuttlefish served alongside my cassole of cuttlefish cassoulet is overcooked, which led to a truly unfortunate and ridiculous comment without any listening "you 're not the only one to bring it up to me these last few days, and you know I Don’t eat that.” The addition matches the beauty of the setting Classy and rootsy setting at the same time

The most wonderful setting, sitting in front of the salt evaporation ponds. The decor and attention to detail is wonderful. The service was very friendly and efficient. The oysters were incredible! The goats cheese salad was tasty and generous. The mussels were good even if the sauce was not my favourite.

After our guided tour, we decided to eat here. No regret was SUCCULENT. The salt crust was great and such a fish for 20€ was very qualitative and appreciable. Lost bread and tiramisu were very good. Very friendly and very pleasant little restaurant and the meals are so good and very refined, the cuisine is top notch... I recommend going there, we went during the holidays and not disappointed at all... and we'll do it again...

The frame is beautiful! The view is stunning on the salins. The products were fresh and good. On the other hand it is a factory ... some servers lack sympathy. Others were very kind!

We took advantage of a visit to the Gruissan saltworks to stop and eat here, a very good restaurant with a breathtaking view of the saltworks.
