The food at this restaurant was not up to par - lacking in flavor and with frozen fries. I ordered the pique macho and sillpancho; the pique was too salty and the sillpancho beef had too much breading and was not well seasoned. It's a shame that the quality has declined, as I used to enjoy this place. I won't be returning.
I was in a rush and just had 2 salteñas, but they were great. The workers were friendly even though they were about to close on 1/2 hour. The restaurant has a very basic presentation, hopefully in the future they will add some decorations and make it look more native or typical. Bathroom was clean. ?

Long wait and only Cochabambina has the name, the weekend dish seems like a second of the full lunch, I will not return
I ordered chicken salteñas, they had to wait 30 minutes to tell me that the oven did not serve them, horrible service
