La Cocina Mexican Street Food

Great place for street tacos. my favorite is the Al Pastor tacos. Good flavor and cooked to perfection. Never dried out or excess fat/gristle. The condiments bar has onions, roasted jalapenos, cilantro, lime wedges and pico de guyo. It also has a bunch of different sauces. The orange stuff is extremely hot so beware. There is outdoor seating that is super nice when the weather is tolerable. They are pretty quick with your order. If you have to wait more than 5 minutes, it is probably because there are more than 5 orders ahead of you. Great little family run operation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Flavorful tinga, great carne asada, and good pastor. They have fresh and authentic street tacos with a great variety of savory meats and delicious mulitas at modest prices. The salsa bar is always clean and stocked with an abundance of salsas, cilantro, onions, limes, hot peppers, etc. Best tacos in St. George. The service is quick and friendly. I was torn about writing this review because I don’t really want to share La Cocina but it’s great food and more people should get to enjoy it! There are a lot of good Mexican places in St. George but this is one of the BEST! The California burrito is to die for. Delicious street tacos. I had Al Pastor and Carne Asada and both were great. The rice and beans on the side were also delicious. Nice outdoor seating area and fast service. It’s always a delight to visit La Cocina. After dinner, it was said, “They never disappoint.” The authentic Mexican street food is fantastic, and the beans are outstanding. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. It’s definitely worth your time to give them a try.
