On my way to Bourg-en-Bresse, I wanted a regional specialty. I took a quenelle lobster sauce with a risotto presented in a brig leaf, all accompanied by a glass of local white wine. A real delight. By far the best quenelle ever eaten. Service a little long but it's the price to pay to eat expenses. And there was a world in this restaurant; It's a good sign in the week. Anyway, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.
Cuisine of a great finesse , dishes of qualite and delicats ; We went to the dishes of our son having made his class at BOCUSE and now became chef in another restaurant so we know what we are talking about. What a shame! We ate very well. The waiter was fine but we were close to the counter and could hear the dishwasher and the waitress' shoes. The wine was very good but the selection of terrible beers. Strange atmosphere. We were at Jeanne this noon and the atmosphere was friendly. I hope there was no recent drama that explains the sad atmosphere.
