walking by la Fabbrica gets your hopes up...this place has got potential...cool factory location...nice sign on the street...which made me go in. Sat down, ordered the antipasto plate, pizza romana and a glass of red wine - summary:- the antipasto plate was packed with stuff...so not a nice view for the eye...sometimes/often less is more. I ate 10% of the stuff on the plate. Not good. - the wine - order a bottle. Do not go for the della casa version since it is carbonated...alternatively too old. Not good.- the pizza - very good. - will I go here once more? No grazie.
Looking for a simple quick place to eat this one did not disappoint. We were quickly shown to a good table and the waiter took our drinks orders right away. The menu is not exactly endless but with today's specials it offers enough choice. A far as we could tell, no kids' menu was available. The food arrived quickly and it was great! We can definitely recommend the place, if you are after simple Italian dishes served with a bit of élan.
Fair prices and really good food, but not an adequate service. First the daily menu was placed nearly in our faces without any explanation. The food was served not together and also another than ordered. While eating no one asked about a new glass of wine or the taste. Afterwards we had to wait a long time for cleaning the table. Also the waiters were not very friendly at all. Unfortunately not a visit worth anymore.
I was with a friend. We heard an Italian guy said "this restaurant makes me feel like in Italy" so we wanted to discover the home Italy feeling. And I have never been in Italy but is very tasty. The place is as the name.. an old factory adapted to a restaurant so is also very nice.. and the best, the price!

Atmosphere is Italian..Massimo(owner and head chef) is friendly and always looking towards his customers.The food is authentic and ingredients are of the highest of freshness.Salads are very fresh and hand made.Staff are well trained.Reasonably priced,generous servings... tasty.
I ate here one of the best pizza's I ever tried. It was more delicious than some I ate in Italy and I think that's something. I recommend the place, prices are not high and the atmosphere is nice. Friendly staff :)
We had a very nice meal here. The food was exactly as we expected, typical Italian fare such as Pizza and Pasta. This hit the spot exactly. If your looking for Italian food in Nuremburg then this the place for you
There is nothing Italian I the food they serve there, other than, possibly, the name. Lasagna tasted like an industrial, heated, dull dish and the pasta my friend had carried the same dull flavor.

Nice italian restaurant with excellent food and service! Good wine choice, everything was delicious and price was fair. Will definitely go back!
The service was attentive and friendly. The table and the floor were not really clean. The pizza was big, but to me to fatty.
