The chicken we ordered was rubbery and lukewarm, making it feel like we were eating leftovers. We had to flag someone down to get assistance. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it came highly recommended. We received a warm welcome that made us feel like regulars. The service was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The food was not only delicious but also perfectly portioned, leaving us satisfied without feeling too full. As a result, we had room for dessert. I know my cannolis, and you could tell these were freshly prepared and filled—the shells were crunchy, not soggy. The atmosphere felt like dining at my grandparents' house. The food here is truly authentic Italian, giving you the warm feeling of dining at a relative's home. This restaurant is underrated and far superior to some of the more popular Italian places in the Caldwell area. Every dish tastes fresh and is made from scratch. I will definitely return! I had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday, and they even treated us to cheesecake! Paul was an amazing server, and we really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant has a charming ambiance with dim lighting, making it very cozy.
