We were in Lindau late on a holiday weekend and were desperate for a place to dine (most other locations were closed or fully booked). We opted for La Fontana thinking it's hard to mess up Italian food. We are glad we went here. The...food was very tasty, the ambiance was charming, and the price was reasonable. The waiter accommodated the varying needs of our party of 7, and all had a great time.
The restaurant is conveniently located as it is just at the border of the pedestrian zone (so one can park near by). They also have outdoor seating at the square where you are served just as attentively as inside. The food is certainly Italian but...of average quality with average value for money. Nice on a sunny day.
The restaurant is really nice, on good location but with just an average service. We got there 10 min before their lunch time (when they are closed and we got all that we order. Their lunch is a huge point on which they should change...their approach. All restaurants next to this were open!!!
Right on a small ish square with a fountain. We were very pleased with the pizza. High quality ingredients a key with good pizza. Parma ham/Parmesan/arugula and Quattro formaggi very good. Perfect for families very, very casual. We would go back. Reserva una mesa ahora
Pasta totally without flavor, gummy pizza dough. The only good thing, was quite good quality of the pizza toppings. At the end waiter didn't even show us the bill. Never again
We loved this restaurant. I had a couple of pizzas. Ended up opting for pork with tagliatelle in a mushroom sauce. Loved it! Visited four times during our 10 day holiday!
the place is really great and good to be with the family or friends. the pizza was amazing with really fresh crumbs that make the taste better.
