Had wanted to dine at Le Musee but they were so kind to point us to this sister restaurant. The food served here had a good offering from a non-local 's point of view. E.g. the calf 's head/brain which was interesting. Sadly, of my many weeks...visiting the whole of France, the service here stands out from the bottom. Maybe that explains in part why it was only half fill when we could not get a place for 2 at Le Musee. Would loved to give this place a better rating but the dining experience was ruined by the service
Evening very pleasant to discover Lyon dishes. In this historic centre there are certainly tourist catches but this restaurant is very well. We were 4 to test the snails (for our English friend), the brioche sausage, the crane and ear paned and especially the cow teats. Then there!!! Surprise and very first. If you don't want to die stupid, taste this dish. The staff is friendly and friendly. Restore to do and will be done during my next visit to Lyon
that of happiness, this very friendly establishment, serves a rich and fine Lyon cuisine. a very professional service, a quality of the dishes and its cellar deserves the detour .netly better than some "Lyonnais corkscrews" which they only have the name!
dishes are good worthy of the traditional French cuisine. but one of the waitresses has a stereotype type mother-in-law character that if you ask something that she doesn't send you walk with a very aggressive and haughty tone.

having eaten on Wednesday evening in this little cork, the super nice welcome of young waitress and patroness, we have been well told the dishes of the day, copied and very good, very good address.
this is my favorite place lyon bouchon restaurant. it serves genuine typical lyon dishes such as tablier de sapeur and other local delicacies. not to miss! quality price ratio is excellent.
