a good experience, alas entached by several points, including a not-at-level service (one server stood out from the others.) this point is easily excusable knowing that it is difficult to find staff by the times that run. On the other hand, what is not so, is to charge €60 a meal and wine deal for only 4 glasses (the tasting menu has 2 entries, 2 dishes and a dessert,) really little filled glasses, and more is wines rather mediocre, in any case really nothing exceptional (buttons at € 15-20 max.) you notice that women are much less served than men. new unspoken gastronomy service rule? a few extra details that scammer, the sommelier who puts 10 minutes to come advising one of the guests, not...

the restaurant that reconciles you with the star. We went there for my companion's birthday, we spent an unforgettable evening: the warm setting, the technical and casual service, the kitchen with a 2-star level. the chef is the "in decline", each dish is a journey. I put a special mention for the white seiche mamelon succulent and black and the braised beef cheek that sparked the grilled and melting alliance.
