My girlfriend was really eager to try this place, but honestly, it was a letdown. The cup of corn was barely filled, and the nachos we ordered with jalapeños didn’t have any jalapeños on them at all. They also messed up our drinks, and what we received was just awful. Despite my girlfriend claiming they were the best, that definitely wasn’t the case. I won’t be returning; it was such a disappointing experience.
They messed up my entire order and sending me a half empty cup of esquite made me lose it! Worst experience ever, if I could I would rate ZERO STARS I would. Ordered an esquite.... Very annoyed with the half empty cup of esquite that I paid $4.50 for. For a cup this empty, its $3 at best not worth $4.50. Ridiculous how rude and poorly serviced they are, never ordering from here again!
The owner of this establishment has a reputation for being disrespectful to his staff, treating them poorly, and displaying racist behavior! It's inappropriate to sell Mexican ice cream and use a Mexican name if you aren't going to show respect to our community. Plus, the ice cream isn't great—just check out their recent reviews! I recommend looking for a better place.
This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I had a special request for my order: I wanted to customize it by removing ingredient D. It was just a small change, but they wanted to charge me extra for it! Seriously? Charging extra just to remove an ingredient? That was ridiculous. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Excellent customer service!!! The Owner, as well as the employees were very attentive and so nice. I've read some of the negative reviews and disagree completely!! I have been going to this location since it opened and I've had the best experiences here. The food, ice cream and everything they sell is really good! 5?
Ordered from them through DoorDash. I ordered a biónico, esquite and a pico de gallo... and what did I receive? Fritos, hot Cheetos and some melted ice cream. I called the store and what i get is basic we don 't have your order and we 're also closed Nice way to f up a night bola de inútiles
this place is really good the people there are really nice everything is really delicious this is definitely one of the best Michoacanas here in LA I will come back to this place I really recommend la aguas frescas and the ice creams
