I’m kinda shocked after seeing all the negative reviews. I guess it was horrible back then… but tbh, as of today, February of 2023, their service is great! The place looks cute, clean and colorful. The employee that attended me was super sweet. She was a young thin nerdy latina with long black hair. all other employees seemed to be giving a good customer service as well. I ordered a naturalGreen juice and it was filled to the top of the cup. I also ordered a vanilla raspado that was also filled to the top. I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. Terrible customer service. I ordered a mangoneada de nieve, and it was only half full, making it look like I had eaten half of it when I hadn’t. I paid $7 for this! To make matters worse, the employee told me they were out of mango nieve, yet another staff member came out just a minute later with a full container of it. They only added about five pieces of mango to my mangoneada. I used to come here often, but I'm extremely disappointed now. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you enjoy bad service and feeling ripped off, then this is the place for you; otherwise, stay away.
If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would! I came in and ordered an ice cream, but my baby accidentally dropped it after just one lick because it wasn't properly positioned in the cone. To make matters worse, they charged me double to replace it! The worst part, though, was how rude the staff was. Karen, who served me, provided terrible service, and the other woman was just plain arrogant. I will definitely not be returning!
Cons: The previous reviews are correct, girl with tattoos has an attitude like no other ! Also they didn't let us try the ice cream flavors like they do at other locations ! Jugo verde was very watered down no flavor ! Pros: The ice cream bar I got was delicious mango con chamoy ! My friend also liked his Cookie Monster ice cream , I would recommend those ice creams if you visit this location!

This La Michoacana location is better than any other one near me. Their service is friendly Their food and snacks are awesome to satisfy my stomach, I enjoy eating the esquites it taste better here then other locations. Thank you and keep up the good work ?? ?

I told a blonde older lady there . No coco on my bionico.. no coconut on top 4 times, because I hate it and she put coco on it. So pist when I got home I would have returned it but it was close already. No granola even after i said yes. So pist ..
one worker in particular was very rude with their no dog policy . (they allow dogs perfectly fine in other locations). the worker told us twice to take our dog out and proceeded in an aggressive tone while making our dog wait in the car.

The michelaguas are super good, the mango flavor is my favorite. You can find variety of products at this location compared to the other Michoacanas who is always the same things.
I've never been so disappointed. They give you half . While you pay full price. For this I may as well go to plaza mexico . Not worth the price . Over priced and under served ?
