We had dinner and were very happy with our meal. I had the mi-cuit foie gras maison and it was perhaps the best foie gras I have had on this trip. I also had the rump steak and it was a beautiful piece of meat...cooked to perfection. My wife got the vegetarian option and it was good. The pommes frites were fairly limp rather than crisp which normally we would not like but maybe they use a different variety of potato, they were delicious. The apple desert, with a sort of strudel pastry, was ordinary. The formule represented very good value.

Lovely spot. The owners make everything in house (except the wine which is mostly local) and it was fab. Gorgeous location. The fries were delicious, as was everything else, I had the lamb with nettle pesto. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
