passing through the area we were looking for a place to eat a good piece of meat. the place is sinister and bad or not ventilated (see the speciality of the place it would be the minimum.) correct meat without more but patate too cooked. the summum is the bearnese sauce that you are brought and that turns out to be tartar sauce. Even a tank bag sauce would have done the trick! Good merchant, the waitress took it back by telling us that it would not be billed to us! What a chance. one of my worst culinary experiences in france

This area is great for meat, particularly the beef. If you have never tried it before, go for the house speciality of a "pierrade". This is where you get a hot stone brought to the table and your meat uncooked and thinly sliced. You can choose from a large variety of meat types, cuts or mixed combinations. You then cook your own meat slices on the stone and dip in the choice of 3 sauces it comes with. The baked potato it comes with is nothing special.Cheese course was very nice too.

I tried a charolaise tin with which I thought I would please myself, I was very disappointed. the thickness of a pierrade meat and a cut that looks nothing, my plate was very sad. I had taken an extra Beverage Sauce at 2.50 euro (in fact, 3) and it was industrial. my friend had taken a calfskin sauce with ceps but not a single mushroom in this one, just a few caps and served cold next to it. test a pierrade if you want but drop the menus.

this restaurant is suitable for eating on the holiday road but the quality is not really at the rendezvous. a veal head but without much taste, with a false claw (in small quantity.) the vegetables with all the dishes (inch and were some (patates too cooked, hard turnips) and with all the same taste. not suitable for a snack break because in digoin the restaurants do not run the streets on a Saturday noon. very unusual and unwelcome. besides the waitress who was really very nice and the meat charolaise that was pretty good, the rest leaves to be desired. we had taken a pierrade, no piece of meat was cut to the same size, the vegetable accompaniment was frozen full of water and without any flavor. short a big disappointment during our holidays

I wanted to try this restaurant, menu from day to 12,50 or dish,dessert and coffee 12,50 and other menus. I was tempted by a beef paleron at 12.50 sauce not simmered taste of the wine not cooked, not cooked enough. waitress not smiling. I went back with hunger.

This place is not good looking but the food is good. The Pierrade is very original for people who dont know so much about the different whay to cook meat. Just front of "La LOIRE", the only french wilde river.
