La Pignatelle - Reserva de mesa

We went here because it looked really nice from the outside. There is a lovely garden area you can sit in. I was firstly a bit disappointed that despite the menu havung numerous beers on offer only Heineken was available because they ran out. Fair enough, I am sure it wasn't their fault. We ordered the duck and seabass. The duck was superb and very filling but the seabass was average. After mains we asked the waiter what coffees he had. I have no idea why but at this point he goes, 'This isn't Australia we don't have mochas, lattes or mochas. We only do espresso.' It was very rude and not sure why he said it since we are Glaswegian...anyway we then said we thought the menu also had cappuccin...

we have come to this restaurant for several years and stay pleasantly surprised every time we come back. george and julien are wonderfully gracious hosts and are always fast to accommodate us. the menu is classic French with accents that change in dependence on the seasons and catches of the day, offers continuous selection of personal favorites (such as lock and frit) as well as new discoveries if desired. fred the chef never disappointed and I write this today after the sampling marlin steak earlier this month and aile de raie pochée poached sting ray wing tonight, both deliciously prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. they also make the best Café-Gourmand by far! keep the great workers, thank...

We found the restaurant while we were looking for a lunch place after a morning at the beach. We liked the quiet atmosphere and the nice little terrace they have. Our waiter was very careful and always making sure everything was alright. The food was tasty and very good value for money for their set menus. Would definitely recommend the lemon tiramisu

I reviewed this restaurant last September and have visited several times since then, the most recent being tonight. Once again, there was a warm welcome from the owner and staff which was lovely. The food was excellent, as was the service, in spite of the restaurant being very busy. La Pignatelle never fails to impress and satisfy. Bravo. Reserva una mesa ahora

ambiance was perfect food was excellent and plentiful staff were extremely attentive and friendly on business I return to this area every 2 weeks and after much searching I have now found my preferred restaurant in the area, ...........by a long way

Wanted to love it but Risotto was over cooked, prawns lacked seasoning, Sole was lovely but needed lemon salt. Gnocchi would be perfection with some seasoning or a light pesto/sauce. Super busy with only limited staff. Kind employees.

So close to us and we just doscovered it . Much too late . Such a good place to visit. Fantastic food, fresh and tasty. Excellent and fast service , focused on details. Surely on our list to visit again.
