This curious modern(-ish) pyramidal building sits in a lovely campsite overlooking the Dordogne river and the bassin nautique at Tremolat. At the end of August, just after the end of the French holiday, it was pretty empty and a bit soulless but the staff were bright and cheerful. There are themed evenings with live music, a pizza oven which also does take always for campers and locals alike, moules frites one evening and even a visit from the Dordogne chippy! There is table football and the setting is lovely. Worth a visit for a drink at lunchtime by the river or a meal if there is an event perhaps.
