Since discovering this lovely place, we always visit when we are in the region and we have never been disappointed. The food is very good, with 2 choices of menus (25 and 35 Euro). The menu changes with the seasons and there is always something new to be discovered. For beer lovers, they brew their own beer (Biere des Corbieres) and the wines from the abbaye are also excellent (my favourite is the Ocellus rose). The portion sizes are decent and it is not more expensive than other places in the region, considering the excellent quality of the food served. The staff are very attentive and friendly even when it gets quite busy. All in all I can highly recommend this place for a visit.

After our eldest daughter had a lovely romantic outdoor dinner here we decided on lunch and were thrilled with the food. I went all in on fish courses which were so flavoursome and my better half the fillet of beef which was simply melt in the mouth. The bubbles made in the abbaye vineyards made an excellent aperitif. Finished off with, as always in France, a perfect cafe normale aka espresso with delicious dessert.

We came exactly twelve months ago and returned to celebrate a memorable meal. We were not disappointed Both taking the menu de Pere Abbe. We started with a beautiful poached egg in a cep crust then we had duckling filet followed by a ripe cheese dish then hazelnut and walnut tart. The meal was accompanied with a bottle red wine made at the abbey 'Deo Gratias ' which was superb.
