Update: La Taqueria eventually refunded us for the guac and chips! However, we'll be calling ahead to confirm they have everything before placing an order. We do enjoy their bowls. We've ordered many times, and the quality is inconsistent—sometimes the food is delicious, other times the chicken is as dry as chips. When they're on, the food is good. But avoid ordering online from this place. On multiple occasions, we paid for guac and chips, only to be told when we picked up that they didn’t have the guac. They take your money, apologize with a smile, say they’ll call the owner, but you never get a refund. It's not a huge amount, but frustrating that they don’t fulfill the order after payment...
I called to place my first order, and unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was not very cheerful or friendly. Instead of offering any suggestions, she simply told me to call back once I knew what I wanted. When I went to pick up my order and got home, I found out that I had been charged for two fajitas instead of the one I had ordered, and my shrimp taco was missing. I called to address the issue, but the woman I spoke to was hesitant to issue a refund for the missing shrimp taco and didn’t seem very helpful at all.
The food is amazing but I didn?t not like the service I didn?t get offered any chips and guac but everyone else who came inside who wasn?t even dining there got and when I was waiting for someone to leave the bathroom one of the employees assumed I just got there and gave us chips and guac but then I replied with oh I already ate and so did the lady behind the counter and they didn?t give me the chips and guac.Me and my family spent over $60 and I thought it was kind of
Delicious food and really warm service. I appreciate all of the options this place has (this is the first place I have ever seen offer birria de res in a quesadilla). They even brought me chips and guacamole while I waited for my food. Fidel and his staff are really kind people and the food here is some of the best Mexican on the North Shore!

The gentleman was very helpful and the prices are great and the food was delicious no one has a had a good taco til they come here I'm impressed with the quality they deserve 10 stars If I was able too
That was amazing! The restaurant had a charming ambiance and was impeccably clean. The al pastor meat was incredibly tasty. The carne asada burrito and enchiladas were both outstanding too.
I ordered from here for the first time and was disappointed to discover that the meat was not fresh and was served cold. I expected better, considering their decent ratings.
I'm thrilled to have this restaurant in the neighborhood! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff is always friendly.
