a hot spring day and a really delicious lunch in the garden of this old house. It was simply perfect, with piano music in the background. the first thing that struck us on our arrival was that the owner welcomed us in a perfect English (he had spent a year in oxford in his youth) but his accent was wandering up to wigan and back. He was really friendly and very helpful. the restaurant offers a fairly small menu because most products are local and fresh. everything was of good value for money and extremely tasty. even cheap wine that can be ordered to the glass or in greater quantity if you do not want an entire bottle. . beautiful location, with two large trees and three beautiful cats. the owner (at home in many languages) is also fun - it has a sense of vivid humor and is very compelling about my conservative English tastes. the menu is short - you can have meat, duck or market fish and a dish of the day. It is beautifully cooked and served fully garnished. the wines are well chosen, the neighbor is a fine jazz pianist and our evening was an absolute pleasure. How happy to escape the enregiment of restaurants and to sit in a real garden.
located in the historic center, in a quiet alley that seems completely disconnected from the surrounding world, its intimate garden-terrace, at the foot of a beautiful historical, shaded mansion, has a seductive bucolic charm! the reception, atypical, full of good humor and friendliness, is very friendly. I enjoyed the dish I enjoyed, the regional sausage, surrounded by its varied and quality accompaniments. finally the wine in rosé pichet, regional, drinks very well! I'd be happy to go back.

super restaurant to eat a simple but delicious cuisine! In the heart of the narbonne, this little garden corner is really great! We eat well for cheap and the owners are really nice! I took the duck jam that was really good! However, I advise to arrive early or to book for a table, because the places are quickly taken!I strongly advise!
It's true it's a pre-tentional kitchen but it's worth cooking with local fresh products, plate more than correct considering the price of the dish of the day. yesterday it was chicken with lemongrass with homemade ratatouille, fried patties, perfect cooking. the duck confit was also up and the desert a pie with homemade apricotses.
restaurant without pretensions to family cuisine with good fresh products. a friendly atmosphere in a quiet garden close to the historic centre. We had a great time and ate very well for a more than reasonable price. I strongly recommend.

lunch today in this charming oasis of calm in narbonne, very good food, pianist/singer very talented installed in a courtyard dating from 1635. interesting prices and friendly and original service. Very nice.
