This restaurant, part of the lovely Le Chambard hotel in Kaysersberg, was our choice the first night of the three we stayed there. Now let's start with the good stuff! The taste and quality of what we ate was by far the best of the three dinners we had in the area. Now to the rest! The chef Olivier has a great name, but the selections of the menu were very limited, and we could only find one item each we wanted to eat at all!(Steak for me, onion tart for my wife . The specials board consisted ONLY of venison dishes, which we did not want! In the end we split our 2 plates between us. The service from the outset was snobbish and condescending.
