Hello, I organized my wife's surprise birthday for the gentleman, the director of the establishment that I very well advised. beautiful weather, aperitif around the pool. several oyster tasting workshops, hot cakes, hot pins and cold verrins. discreet, friendly and efficient staff in the service (bravo). of all our guests, we thank you m. lefèvre, you and your team for your professionalism and availability. We had chosen the local menu to and thought it would be perfect, unfortunately it wasn’t.For a chimney classification, we hoped that everything would be absolutely irreproachable whether it was in the plate but also on the dishes... water drops on the glasses, dried plate. and on dishes, basic presentation and cooking too cooked, dry. I doubt that the dishes were prepared the day... We will not return.

on a professional trip in the neighborhood of nantes we discovered this great hotel with its excellent restaurant and all equipped absolutely charming and in the care. It was a good time. too early in the season to enjoy the garden and the pool, but it is a very good address. Especially to finish a difficult day. mention to the staff for his advice.
