With my wife we discovered this restaurant on Saturday night. We took a chicken/ plum tagine and a Aladin couscous. We had a little wait, the tagine requires a little time, but at the finish it was just a marvel. The Tagine was delicious, cooking more than perfect and I can only talk to you about perfumes, a direct flight trip. Same for couscous, vegetables cook just as needed and exceptional quality meats. For me, a new resident in Narbonne is a great discovery and I recommend it without any hesitation. We had the pleasure to exchange with the CHEF and its EPOUSE, they are passionate, and it feels in the plates. Just BRAVO.
Keep in mind that I live in a part of the UK where North African food is not there to try. the first couscous was held in Marcheille in 1975. It was cheap, but I didn't worry about it until I was around five years ago. Once again, it was cheap, but. finding us to be narbonne and hungry and ready for a change, I decided to give a last try to couscous (as a dish rather than a carbohydrate). That was great. simple but tasty. and the welcome was warm. We'll come back for a tajine when time cools down a little.
warm welcome during our arrival for Easter Sunday at noon for family meals. We tested various couscous, tajines, mint teas and Oriental pastries... Everything was excellent! wonderful evocative meal. I had a tajine inspired by kefta and loved the intensity of the tastes. other members of our group had a mix of sheep and chicken tats and all had a good time.
Great place with a very good kitchen. We loved the fact that the seed, the grapes, the chickpeas, the broth that make up the couscous are presented individually. We're having fun.
It was a treat! We went to 3 and it was tuna bricks, kefta Tajin or Aladin couscous, everything was excellent, I recommend.
