I can't give enough stars for this most beautiful restaurant. to date the best I had on my 2-week trip in Europe! that was amazing. 1 salate with head salad and speck, with edgy and oil. Sounds so simple, but the whole presentation was just perfect. each leaf was covered with vinegar and oil, and speck and croutons perfectly matched to the leaves. 2 fish fillet with bratkartoffelnok first the potato. we don't talk about kartoffel puree or pommes fries. we speak of a brunette cut potato that is perfectly joined together. each disc was slightly crispy and the center of each piece was soft and delicate. the fish was the highlight. again crispy at the edges, but delicate and damp at each bite. t...
this gas house is a bit difficult to find and quite remote, but the trip to the mountain behind the city lahr is worth it. first, the staff is extremely courteous - I arrived at a beautiful hot evening without reservation and could have a nice table with a view. the service was efficient, friendly and fast. the young waiter gave us explanations to eat and also recommended some. the food was delicious, maybe a little bit salty, and it was spectacular. all in all this is a fantastic place, not only because of eating, but also because of the ambientes and the personal.
drawn from the opinions of this page, we tested this restaurant. very good and we feel that everything is homemade, with a welcome touch of originality. but the portions are not huge for the price. the chef offered other customers more meat, but not us. a flood forced all the customers to flee into the inner, and helped the staff to bring in everything that stood outside on the tables. great gestures of collective solidarity! the personal thanked no one... strange. so good, but do not define 5 stars.

on our small black forest trip we were so surprised that we came to such a nicely furnished small but very fine restaurant thanks to tripadvisor in the vicinity of gengenbach. snow weather personally has served us with a lot of attention the Tuesdaysmenue. the host earn a great praise for creativity, everything was excellent - as with bocuse!
