Very small quiet nice restaurant. Smoking Tables outside, non-smoking inside. Staff was uber friendly (best so far in France!) and very attentive and genuinely caring for your enjoyment despite being a fairly full time a lot (80% capacity).Had pho soup and stuffed calamari with porc. Soup was well done but beware to all North Americans, no hoisin sauce available, but tastes very good regardless. There was a house made spicy sauce, it was delicious but beware, it had a nice warming feeling in mouth but it was pretty intense. The calamari w porc was awesome. Every dishes from the entrees to the desserts are delicious! To me it's the best Asian food restaurant I have been able to eat at. It is pretty diversified without having too much to choose from. The place is well decorated and the employees are very nice. I have been there multiple times and I never been disappointed. You must try the Apsara just to eat the best desert of all time : the Fired Ice Cream (you read that right!) There's even the possibility to order and takeaway your dishes.
We were curious why an Asian restaurant would be at the top of the TripAdvisor list in Arles, but weren't after having dinner at L'Apsara. The food was great -- spring rolls, tempura, caramelized duck, shrimp ... Asian food at its best in our opinion. Service was very friendly and professional. Definitely a place to go if you like Asian food and are looking for a change from the French and Italian restaurants that predominate.
We went for lunch and we are plannning to have lunch again in two days.This is not a fancy restaurant but everything we had tasted greatThey open at 12 and by 12:30 it was full so probably reserving could be a good idea.My wife wanted to eat vegetarian and she was offered a soup and noodles with vegetablesI had a green salad which was awesone and spicy scallopsThe prices are very reasonable

Ate here with my wife during recent visit of Arles. We had the plateau for 2 to start which was really excellent (spring rolls, tempura, dumplings etc) and pad Thai and chicken curry for mains. My curry wasn't out of this world but was fine. My wife really enjoyed her pad Thai. The meat hot plates looked great, same for the noodle dishes. Prices very reasonable - well worth a visit.
Little did I know I would find an authentic Asian restaurant in the heart of Arles! Handmade, delicate sweet shrimp dumplings, delectable Vietnamese salads, pad Thai authentically made showcasing all the little nuances desired and curried chicken with an interesting mix of curry and lemongrass all proved this restaurant to be worthy of a five star rating!

We had the Vietnamese dishes and they were perfect, truely authentic. Service was excellent and the restaurant had a great feel about it. If you're looking for a change from French food, this is a perfect spot

You can't go wrong here, some of the best Thai food and service you'll get. Recommend making reservations, this place gets busy shortly after opening.
Tasty cuisine. A welcome change from the typical Arles fare. Good quality with reasonable prices. Worth a visit.
