TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WONDER WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. LADY GAVE ME A PLATE FULL OF PUPUSAS AND TWO PLATES FOR 4 PEOPLE. AND NOT ONCE DID SHE ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. SHE DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT PUPUSAS WAS WHAT I HAD TO CUT THEM ALL TO CHECK. OH AND I JUST HAPPENED TO COME ON A TUESDAY AND PUPUSAS WERE 1.50 AND SHE GAVE ME THE 2 DOLLARS PLUS TAX IDK WHY. IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST
I used to order from this restaurant frequently, but I've noticed a decline in service lately. I usually place my order two hours in advance for a quick pickup during my 30-minute lunch break. However, during my last three visits, they've asked me to wait for 15 minutes because my order wasn't ready when I arrived.
The panes con pollo that I ordered were absolutely disgusting. Ordered three and they all went in the trash. The pupusas were ok. Not the best or worst I've had. I've never left a Yelp review for any restaurant but this was so horrible that I had to share my experience.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had heard great things about the food, and it truly lived up to the hype! Everything was freshly prepared. I particularly loved the pupusas, plantains, and cheese. The service was friendly, and the food was fantastic. Reserva una mesa ahora
The pupusas are so good I really recommend you this place... the place is clean have hand sanitizer in hand and the employee have a great attitude ??
Some of the best pupusas! I recommend trying! Been here a few times and it's never failed to amaze me. Customer service also A1!
The blonde lady had a terrible attitude. I waited until they opened, only for her to roll her eyes at me.
