Le Beau Site - Reservar una mesa

We stayed here on half board so this is a review of the hotel (unable to access) and not just the restaurant. The view from our room, the restaurant and the grounds is beautiful and includes the bridge, river, countryside and hotel grounds. The latter has a small very good swimming pool, tennis court and well tended gardens. A real pleasure to sit out under a large parasol in such a peaceful location. The room was on the small side, but very comfortable with a good shower. The service was very good and we had an excellent meal in the very attractive restaurant. The lift proved useful and there was plenty of car parking.

Had dinner here with friends. Didn't know what to expect as we hadn't visited before, but the whole experience was lovely. The views from the restaurant were stunning, which set the tone for the evening. We all had the menu decouverte every mouthful was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. A definite return for us.

Great stop. at the foot of the Garabit viaduct. deserves its name “beau site”. to go see including if we are on (maybe detour) nice reception. very clean. Great map. flat menu €. and tablecloth dishes in fabrics. copyy flat. Very fine. prices very content. Excellent coffee. nothing other than “perfect “Thank you

Wide choice of menus and a la carte. Traditional Auvergne cuisine. The aligot (cheesy purée potato) is delicious. The foie gras, prepared in house, is the best I’ve ever had. The beef is Aubrac, so tender. The ris de veau was also the best I’ve eaten.

The view from our suite was spectacular looking down the lake and from the restaurant the panorama was the Viaduct du Garabit. The food lived up to the views . A very well maintained and loved hotel. Thank you for a memorable visit.
