We had booked the day before for the next day by chance and having phoned at the end of service we did not encounter any booking problems. When we arrived yesterday noon, we discovered a very nice place, just like the welcome. The dishes from the entrance to dessert were excellent and allowed us to discover a local cuisine prepared with quality products. We consulted the opinions that were more than positive. A must-have for a 100% Cantal experience: drunk, pounti, truffade, dirty...to accompany a meat that has only had to cross the fence to find itself in the plate. The kindness of the family that holds this institution of the valley is the pride of the excellent meal we have made down. And special mention for Luc's honey sold on site!
