The place is atypical, surrounded by bottles of wine it feels like eating in a cellar. The staff was at the top very smiling and friendly always listening by asking if everything is fine. We all took a tartare as a starter then a different tartare as a main course. Each of the tartars is already presented for tasting so that you can adjust the seasoning according to your tastes and your requests are taken into account when the dish is served to you. Faithful since the opening of Cellier ProVino. I love this place and was delighted to return there recently, after the health crisis and change of manager. I'm still a fan of this place where you can find excellent Swiss wines by the glass, but also in bottles. The menu is nice, the staff too. The local is privileged and it is a plus for me. Thank you for all these good times and I look forward to living other equally pleasant ones.

Clearly the best tartare restaurant! There are tartares for really all tastes and also vegetarian tartares (you can take any tartare and replace the meat with quinoa or tofu). The “beer bar” side has a very good atmosphere. There is a wide variety of excellent cocktails and also beers and wines. The service is great and the servers are super friendly (especially Michel).
