Out late one night and came across Le Chat Rouge. I’m so glad we did! Started with some fresh. Chips and tasty guacamole. I had the orden de Antojitos and it was incredible, featuring four distinct tacos: carnitas, cochinita, pastor and pollo. The beautiful presentation, with its vibrant colors and artful plating, made each taco a feast for the eyes before it was a feast for the palate Each taco just got better and better, as I moved from the rich carnitas to the savory cochinita, pollo and pastor discovering new flavor dimensions with every bite. Le Chat Rouge was amazing! Roberto and Celine were great and made it a great experience!! I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the people made it even better.
