HONG HA EAT YOUR HEART OUT! YUM! The Vietnamese roll with roast pork and crackling is first of its kind and it's absolutely irresistible. You can choose from a range of white, wholemeal or multigrain quality rolls which are substantive and it's the only place in Sydney to get it. Another Surprise is their range of authentic quality sourdough at a most reasonable price of $6 for a sourdough rye loaf, most places you pay substantially more. Since I discovered Le Fusion I am a fervent fan, it's now my go to place.

Increíble panadería en el corazón de Marrickville. El personal es siempre amable y acogedor, siempre se sirven de manera eficiente y rápida, son excelentes si son cortos con el tiempo y quieren un delicioso aperitivo. Cada vez que he estado allí, el pan siempre ha sido fresco, y no puedes pasar a los excelentes precios. Le recomendaría encarecidamente que le dé a Le Fusion. ¡¡¡No te decepcionas!
