We didn't want to spend a lot and saw the pleasant looking covered courtyard tables on a grey day. The plat du jour was chicken in a Reisling sauce with salad and chips at €9.90. As we walked in another table were just getting their food and there were gasps of delight and various positive comments. Always a good sign!We both had the chicken and it was plentiful and tasted beautiful. The service was excellent, as was the jug of house red. The place had quite a homely feel about it and there was no doubt everyone was enjoying their meal. We enjoyed the meal and the friendly atmosphere.
