le Melting Pot - Reservar una mesa

Despite its prime location, this restaurant is far from complacent. The service was attentive and considerate, staff worked hard. Food was well flavoured and well proportioned. Dishes were served whilst still hot/warm and one had the impression that food had been brought to the table promptly from the kitchen. Deserts were less successful and the Dame Blanche contained negligeable amounts of chocolate despite the big price hike from just plain vanilla ice cream. None the less this restaurant is worth a second visit. It is always encouraging to view both kitchen and serving staff taking pride in the food delivered to customers. The restaurant attracts both French and non-French tourists as well as locals. A positive eating experience.

We had some great pasta and burgers, but the highlight of my day were the desserts. You definetly should try the Thè (or cafe) gourmand. It is a compilation of some of the desserts on the menu, and since I could not choose between all the great options, I was very pleased with this opportunity. The only thing that was strange about this restaurant is that it closed around 3pm.

We ate her on arrival, the food was ok, the kids ate a burger, which they liked, my partner had meat which was good, I took a plate with pâté (not that much taste). The service was excellent.

My bacon burger was not good at all, mostly because of the hamburger patty which tasted frozen and blandIt seeped water that soaked the bun.

A nice combination of classic an modern french food. With excellent service. Very forthcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner.
