fanny, the owner and the chef leads the place magically good. it is very kreatiw with its constantly changing menus and knows how to rotate standards and local products in real dreams for their palate. try this pearl in the middle of the Cevennes...region in a small village called chamborigaud. one of the best things to be sure.
