For many years, the LE Normand have been on the move and have lived the good and bad times since the original owners had the restaurant. The new owners are young and dynamic, have the restaurant a make-over in the café area and the terrace... which is excellent, they are looking to rebrand the name as LNA gives a young modern touch to the place. The most important thing is the food, the choice of wine and the service. There is a nice selection of sea fish, and meat, the first time that I had lunch for a business this week, Fillet de Perch, which served with and excellent salad in front of the hand, the meal it itself was nicely served with vegetables and French fries on the side. It's been just a week since I came to dinner with my sister. We have adored. The place is very nice, a really pleasant terrace (you have to book, it's better) We were well received, the service impeccable. Very difficult to make a choice, everything makes you want it. We finally had a starter, a fresh summer gazpacho and very very good, then a Châteaubriand (the meat to die for) with a delicious sauce, homemade fries with local pdt (it's quite rare for the underline), a good little Agiez wine and a little gourmet dessert for 2 and indulge in a sweet tooth. I honestly recommend this restaurant in every way and hope to be able to come back soon. Thank you for everything and everything good

Jetzt, nach einer Weile, haben die Eigentümer Le Normand übernommen und es ist mit der Zeit immer besser geworden. Die Speisekarte wechselt häufig und folgt den Jahreszeiten sowie vielen Spezialitäten im Laufe des Jahres. Es gibt auch oft schöne ganze Fische, die sie am Tisch zubereiten.Mittags gibt es auch ein Menü mit Suppe Salat, Hauptgericht und Dessert für rund 20 Franken. -Große Auswahl an lokalen Weinen.Ausgezeichneter freundlicher Service, man fühlt sich immer willkommen.Wenn ich diese Kritik beendet habe, essen wir heute Abend im Le Normand.Kann nur die höchste Empfehlung geben.

Very nice discovery! We had a very friendly welcome, we ate on the very cozy terrace. The little Arancinis offered as an aperitif already set the tone for the next culinary notes because they were delicious! EXCELLENT cuisine, fresh, quality, regional produce, very well seasoned, in a word, a GREAT! We look forward to coming back to taste other dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora

For red meat lovers, this restaurant offers a limited selection of beef and horse meat steaks. The salads are served with the main dish and local red and white wines can be ordered from the glass. Recommended for those who want to explore little known places in picturesque villages in the Swiss countryside.

Friday lunchtime, as a couple. Warm welcome, installed on arrival on the large, pleasant shaded terrace (month of July, 30 degrees). Short and quality card. Fresh, regional, well-assembled products.

Excellent food, very well prepared. Very friendly and efficient service. Relaxing atmosphere in the middle of nature. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the Nozon Valley region.
