We recently returned to this restaurant for a third time. We had previously enjoyed the food and surroundings very much. In July my family and I went for lunch, we were greeted by the chef who told us she had recently broken her foot and was clearly in some difficulty but still cooking. Two of our party ordered Skate wings for main course, sadly this turned out to be the source of our disappointment. As soon as these two plates arrived we could all smell something was not correct with the fish. Apart from the food on the plate being luke warm the fish smelt and tasted strongly of ammonia. We complained and the plates were removed. Fair to say they offered to replace the food but the whole experience had spoilt our lunch experience. We did not pay for the two main courses but our bill still came to 220 euros for 5 people. We just wish the chef had not served the fish with such an obvious bad smell. I do not like to give bad reviews, but on this occasion I feel that the management need to understand this is not acceptable.
arrived late and in the week, the good surprise was to be served quickly on a prepared dish quickly. But what a dish!Put pork play and its small vegetables (including broom cabbages that I had not eaten for 30 years (I hate Brussels cabbage)). I'll have to go back to your place to eat, a treat for taste buds.I'm not talking about dessert... from another world! when you arrive in this restaurant, you are warmly welcomed by the guests. Mr. is at the service and at the reception and Mrs. is at the stoves. Its cuisine is delicious, the à la carte dishes are very good and it is a treat for the eyes as well as for the palate. the menu of the day is copied for anyone who wants to have a full meal (entrance, dish, cheese and dessert). At the end of the meal, we come to see if everything is fine and some words are pleasant. for a stop in serenity, I recommend this place. We didn't test the hotel.
Thank you to the happy owners of the Mortmart relay! Thanks to a very friendly and warm chef, our romantic getaway was exceptional. Tasty dishes of high quality (all is homemade), we haven't eaten as well for a very long time, even the formula from noon to 13 euros can make any restaurantmaker pass, to try urgently! mme dugraindelorge has everything done to make our stay perfect: beautiful success! again thank you and soon I think your address is precious to us now:)
