there were lunches and dinners here as we were in the hotel. the service was high. especially appreciated was that I saw a very young waiter who inspected every knife, fork, spoon and glass that he lay on every table. this is a...sign of quality personnel. not a coworker was something different than highly professional and attentive. the total level of eating and service was at Michelin Star level. compliments to the chef, as eating was simply exquisite. Finally, a view that is spectacular as it feeds with a sunset over the atlantic is an additional bonus with dinner. highly recommended.

we were 15 for my mother wedding. the restaurant has a private room with sea view. fantastic location and fantastic eating. I am gluten intolerance and the chef has a good option for me, but also for a 4 year old....Service was also great. the staff at the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. we had a fantastic time. I have learned more about the cardinal rich environment and the origin of the hotel and restaurant name, I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. thanks again for the great time.

The restaurant is beautifully situated at the front of the hotel overlooking the garden on the beach side of the hotel. Always seems busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. They change the menu daily so no A la carte at night. A set price of...55 euros which is good value if you want a five course meal but not if you just want a smaller meal. However, they will charge less if you only want one or two courses, but this is only offered if you ask for it.
Classical entourage with the amazing and rare view on the ocean( as for the Ile de re) The beef was absolutely delicious, tender and stuctured in the same time.The strawberries from ile de Re composed into the destructured fraisier merits one michelin star.We had a...great romantic evening.
Superb, high quality food beautifully presented. I had the lobster followed by the sea bass and my partner had the langoustine follwed by the mussels. Absolutely delicious with some fine wines too. Not cheap but well worth the expense.
