Actually, I’ve been here several times before, he setting is nice and the food is good. But this time we experienced poor service. When my mother in law spoke here mind (as she always does), what we go back was not an apology or even an excuse, but a double dose of “personality”. In fact, pure disrespect and bad attitude. Forget about the customer experience, it was all about our server being right. Who thought she should spread this message to the neighboring tables, which apparently did live the same experience. I always take the pain to right a good review, this probably my first “bad” one. You’ll never see me back, a you obviously don’t care.

It's a great place, welcoming place and the food is perfect. I found the waiter a little slow in distributing the dishes. But I understand that on a Sunday we have a little less motivation. Otherwise everything was perfect I recommend it to everyone who wants to taste Swiss dishes. Congratulations again to the whole team.

Right opposite the ice skating rink. It's a good over for food drinks and snacks are ski or skating. We tried the fondou, macaroni and soup. The portions are sumptuous especially for the soup. We very much liked all the dishes. The decor is very cozy making it ideal for winter.

The dishes are good, but lack of salt, the waiting time is rather long even though the establishment is not full. The low volume of the radio is not great. A little higher volume to cut out ambient noise and more regional music would have been friendlier. Fair price. Reserva una mesa ahora

Worth a Big Detour as this is the place were you get genuine Fondu, Soup du Chalet and Nouille de l’Apage. These are the most typical Swiss specialties of the region in a most genuine surrounding. This is the place were locals turn up

Very warm chalet, excellent atmosphere and service. I haven't tasted the fondue, but it looks very good. The crust is well served, ask for it with eggs!

Horrible service, I agree with the negative comments about the boss. too bad because it spoils the experience in a great authentic setting.
