I recently dined at this restaurant with my mom, and our experience was rather disappointing. Upon entering, we were greeted by a staff member named Jenny, who had an unfriendly demeanor. We ordered shrimp and vegetables, but when our meals arrived, my mom was served only two shrimp and a very small portion overall. I've never experienced such poor customer service from an employee before. It’s frustrating to witness someone take their job so lightly, especially when there are many people looking for work.
This Leeann Chin location is disappointing. I frequently dine at the one in White Bear Lake without any problems, but here, the chicken I was served tasted rancid, and I've heard similar complaints from others. I would advise steering clear of this Leeann Chin, as well as the one in The Quarry shopping center.
Since the renovation, I haven't encountered any issues at this location. My food is consistently ready on time, the staff is very courteous, and everything tastes great. If you've had problems here in the past, I strongly recommend giving it another try.
The staff at this location is incredible. Parking is abundant, making it easy to find a spot. It's also a wonderful place for kids, and very wheelchair accessible.

The food was served cold, and the vegetables were undercooked, so I had to return my meal. Moreover, the tea was lukewarm and too diluted.

The restaurant partners with DoorDash, but their customer service was lacking. Unfortunately, we lost our entire meal.
