We went on two separate occasions the same day once in the morning for dimming and the other was dinner for regular Chinese food. Dim Sum was cheap and tasty and was a pushcart unlike some of the other restaurants we were here in Honolulu. Everything is recently for dimming in the morning prizes. We went in extra time at night and the food prices were also appropriate. All in all is good Chinese restaurant right in the middle of Chinatown.
The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours. It can also get quite noisy since the tables are close together. Considering the large number of guests they receive, including many tourists, Legend might want to think about relocating to the old Empress space upstairs. I highly recommend the pan-fried turnip cake, pork hash, and bean curd rolls.
Got a table for 2 at 11:30 on a Sunday and didn't even have to wait! The food was tasty, plenty of tables and the staff were nice. We parked in the cultural center and we didn't have to pay (less than 1 hour stay). They also offer boxes for leftovers. Great choice for dim sum in Chinatown
Visited here twice. Once for dinner and once for dim sum. The dinner i had was okayish, but the dim sum was absolutely delicious. Must visit for dim sum here! The experience is also great, traditional style with the carts driving around and you can point and pick. Reserva una mesa ahora
Was recommended to come here for Dim-Sum and I was not disappointed. I had the soup Dim-Sum with the red vinegar sauce and it was the best I've ever had. The ladies were so nice and hospitable even though I came in late and by myself.
Steamed fish( not in the photo) was the best part. A little pricey but the fish was huge and shareable. The appetizers satisfied my Asian food cravings. The best part about the restaurant is that they make the best mooncake in town!
One of the most popular dim sum restaurants on Oʻahu and for good reason. Great food and lots of parking in the Chinese Cultural Plaza. Get the look fun, har gao, pork hash, and a variety of other dishes. So good. Enjoy!

"Super tasty tonkatsu! We were lucky and able to sit outside (as we did not have reservations). The way they breaded the pork is just plain amazing. It's kinda difficult to explain as you just need to try and experience it yourself. The food here is pretty good and worth to check out."
