Les Chalets - Reservar una mesa

We arrived here late and they told us they were closing the kitchen. We looked so despondent they took pity and said ok have a seat. Despite being the last customers they didn't rush us. We both ordered the fresh Dorado (MahiMahi in the USA) and it was delicious. Beautiful looking fish, large portion, perfectly cooked.Could not have been happier! Large Parking lot directly across from the restaurant.

We had a marvellous lunch at the Restaurant des Chalets today.The razor clams were delicious, as was the salade Cabecou. The quality and preparation of the encornet and the oysters were extremely good. The service was attentive, friendly and attentive. I wish we had time to go back: I'd happily eat here every day. Plenty of choice at very reasonable prices a few minutes from the beach.

Menu de Marché was excellent, the service friendly and the ambience much better than around the port. We arrived in Gruissan on a stormy, wet evening and the place was not looking its best. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation at Les Chalets and saw later arrivals turned away.
