we had a fantastic meal here. we have just visited as part of our slumber week. the service was impeccable. While we had a general understanding of the menu in French, the waiter went on to explain every small detail of the menu in English....The oysters are cultivated and harvested before the restaurant so that they can not be fresher than that. we started with grilled garnish and half dozens of oysters nr. 3 and then I had the mixed seafood grill as main. my wife had a grill and it was all we could hope and more. the garngrill was €15 and the mixer was €23. the food was incredible and the price was very reasonable compared to other meals we had on the island. we've finished with a baba au...
We popped in here on our bikes for a bit of lunch. Its a quirky place which doesn't take bank cards so make sure you take cash with you. The seafood here is delicious, really fresh and tasty. My only slight gripe was that we...didn't get any bread with our meal, something you always associate with a good lunch in France. Also we got a carafe of water but no glasses to drink it from! Overall its a great place, excellent value for money and worth a visit if you are passing.
great place to enjoy a dozen oysters directly from the manufacturer. very relaxed atmosphere, great seafood, friendly and very efficient service. has a more rustic mood than the more trendy place on the road, what we really were looking for in an oyster snack....The beautified muscheln (poêlée de palourdes) were soou good, so were of course the oysters. only a few tables to the sea, but the turnaround is quite fast, so it is worth waiting.

I like my seafood, I know what I'm talking about, this was totally ripping off tourists. Shabby chic, grand, but this was bordering on proper scruffy. 16 euro for half a crab, I've seen more meat on a butchers apron. The waiters could be seen...having a smoke when not serving tables. We received no implements for eating the crab, had to ask and eventually get up and go ask waiter. Please don't bother. Trading on past glories I think
We took a walk from St Martin to La Flotte to take our 3 children to this seafood gem. it is right on the shore and I think their main business is selling oysters and other seafood. They have created this lovely eating area and...serve up some of the best seafood we found on the island. It is not fancy..far from it but what they serve up is truly delicious The staff were brilliant. A great place to lunch at!
Great place, located right by the water. Wonderful atmosphere and fresh huitres to go. Had a drink here before taking home some oysters and mussels for our dinner.
Beautiful spot, really helpful bar and reception staff with excellent english to balance my average french. Excellent food, atmosphere, prices and service.

very good table, the eightres, jobs, shrimp and lobster are excellent. A child menu is available which is rare for this type of hut.
