really a small jewel of the hotel. we ate here 2 times in our holiday in brantôme and I must say that it deserves undoubtedly the palm of the best restaurant. the garden where, time permitting, the dinner is very nice. a few well-detached tables, a stone's throw from the village, but far from outside noises to the garden. excellent service, caring without excesses. delicious dishes in the quality of the products, in preparation and in the planting. good choice especially of local wines. honest prices. to expand the menu perhaps: who decides to dine three or more times, is forced to order already laid dishes (which may not be a defect)!. warm welcome, I discover this place by the greatest of chance and what a surprise!the evening stage is really to recommend .superbe room in the high part tastefully decorated, the pool charms its garden and to finish I discover the refined cuisine of the chef in shaded terrace. The ratio quality price is just exceptional 135€ night fresh meals and house breakfast in 3* it is still more than correct.I share the opinions of other people, this nice and pro couple to many things to learn to other people from the hotel environment .bravo , next passage I will come back .belle continuation to you.
the hotel’s brantomeclient gardens, you can enjoy the taste buds. It’s a shame for the others because the chef and owner with his wife are passionate about the making of his dishes: everything is local or made home and often organic. You have to be guided as much for the wine as for the foie gras that is truly remarkable. no waiting for the main dish just as good and always served by the chef. This establishment is to be recommended and especially to encourage because this couple is young and talented.
