We always loved the food and service in this restaurant. But on 1 January the Sommelier had no professional approach. He served the Riesling in the same glass over the almost finished Gewurtztraminer glass. When I told him what he did, he asked me if I wanted him to change the glass, which would not have been a prerequisite. As soon as I got home, I watched that we paid twice the glass Riesling instead of one!
