everything has changed in this restaurant where I had not put my feet for more than a year: the bosses, the decoration, the choice and especially the quality make sip a peach or cherry diabolo to your child with its menu to "7 euros" while you will taste a cake with tar and onion jam and a bowl of raw cider. Keep a place for one of the many dessert pancakes. all this for a very affordable scholarship.

On a rainy day, we were very kindly received in this nice little restaurant near the parking lot where our car was. We were with four adults and a baby. For the baby, there was a beautiful cleaning place, and for us there were four delicious galettes, between the 7-8 eu per piece, the staff, mother and daughter, were very kindly busy at the restaurant. A real rapist!

native to austere but living in dijon, I no longer know the restaurants on austere. The hermine is a very good surprise, a resto chosen by chance, not disappointed! generous and very good plates, excellent value for money, 17€/person for a complete cider meal, there is nothing to say.Very good reception and very good service!! I recommend!

I ate at the hurmine because the post hotel where we had a night break had just closed his restaurant... it was 8:35. Hermine is right next door. very happy with this situation. We ate very well. very good reception and good service without too much waiting, pleasant room, and especially good well provided and crispy pancakes, hearty salad, quite correct price, we loved....without forgetting "the little sweets dessert" thank you, we will return without hesitation.

That's absolutely awesome! The cakes and pancakes are really good and very cheap. Salt butter caramel is just crazy!sign of a real Breton crêperie. The boss is very nice and the deco is really cute. I strongly advise!
