The first 2 reviews here are fairly dismissive, suggesting that the place would be Ok for tourists but not for true Bretons. Well, we enjoyed it. It was Friday night and we hadn't booked, but we got a table and they were packing them in...all night. Probably not enough staff, yet our waitress remained smiling, attentive and our courses all arrived without undue delay. My son was abke to mix and match (maple syrup, chocolate and caramel in one pancake not for the faint hearted) and there was a bottle of very local cider to wash it down with. Were the crepes a little dry? Maybe, but this meal was a great way to finish our week in Brittany and everything got eaten
Excellent crepes! The place is always full, reservation is needed, preferably one day in advance. The restaurant is quite small, but very cosy and eating outside in the garden is nice option during summer. One evening it got a bit chilly and they offered blankets...to all the customers sitting in the garden. We have been there a few times and every time the crepes were delicious, whatever we ordered came quite fast and the staff was really welcoming and very nice. Highly recommended.
We spontaneously decided to have Crepes here. Since we had no reservation and the place was packed this was a challenge but well solved by the service personnel and we had a great evening with our kids. The Crepes were great and they had a...nice selection of specialties. They even spoke English which was helpful for the kids. Even though the place is situated next to a road it is lovely with its old building.
crêpes assez bonnes sans être exceptnelles. attitude du manager en salle est exécrable, vraiment pas au spiegel delà réputation de l’établissement crêpes were in order without being the best I tried in the bretagne. the worst was the creation of the so-called “manager” that was rude and really rejects. I would avoid the place in any future trip. no nice experience at all.

Passed this restaurant on our way somewhere and decided to go back to try a crepe. Although we had not booked we found a table outside and were served fairly quickly the crepes were very tasty and reasonably priced and you could even make up...your own ideas for the filling. Judging by the number of French people in the place it is the place to go.
I have to admit that eating was decent, but the extremely rude manager means that I would never sit on this place again. no decent restaurant should ever talk to customers as he spoke to us, it was all I could do to keep my spirit in check. Thank you, but no thanks.
what a really excellent crepery. Five stars. simply delicious and really wonderful eating and creampery. I think it will be almost impossible to improve this place. wonderful, fantastic eating and personal. well made l’ile st nicolas! vive la france

Tried this place, found it was very busy, we booked a table and had a wonderful experience. Fantastic crepes, fantastic staff. A must go to place to eat but, make a reservation.
Great service and spoke English! Awesome crepes! Served in mins. Defo would recommend to anyone.
