The atmosphere as soon as you walk in are calm, inviting, small, and lovely. Slow and I love that. It makes you feel good to walk in there to enjoy or grab your coffee, theres multiple tables and a great seating area. They sell the coffee beans, books, and have a menu that you can choose your flavors to add to your coffee. The coffee itself is smooth and not strong or delicate , it’s juss right. I love it here. It’s a small shop, and I wish their hours were more expanded but otherwise it’s sucha lovely unique coffee place. An absolutely lovely coffee shop. Clean and pleasant with soft jazz playing, I tried the baklava, which was excellent. Flaky and flavorful, but not too sweet. There is a true entrepreneurial spirit to the owner and the story of the shop that motivates you to cheer for the place. I noticed a book by a local New Brighton author on a side table for sale as well, and I loved to see the support for the local community.
My review is strictly for the coffee. It's smooth, rich and delicious. I bought a bag of beans. The atomosphere is nice, the patrons were friendly but I didn't want to hang out there. This location has a drive thru. None of the pastries are made in house so I did not try them.
All I can say is wow. I've been searching for a good coffee shop in the area when I travel here, and this is the one. I had the dark roast and all I can say is it was brewed to perfection. Nothing better than starting the day with the perfect cup of coffee!

Awesome place to get a good coffee and decent seating for the size. Great muffins too. Always make it a habit to stop when I drop off mail or get Dominos! Great place!
Great (iced or hot) Mochas and cheese danishes! Update: BEST iced mocha I've ever had. It's a coffee and pastry kind of place.
