I went to Little Caesars Pizza tonight to pick up my online order. When I arrived, a young woman shouted from the back that it would take a minute. When she finally came out, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She grabbed the money from my hand so roughly that it fell onto the counter. I told her her behavior was disrespectful, and she just rolled her eyes. When I asked if she could show me the custom pizza I ordered to make sure it was correct, she rolled her eyes again and muttered something under her breath. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return. She had dark hair and wore glasses, but her attitude was the most disappointing part.
The pizza was good and fresh, but it was just after lunchtime. I usually prefer to order my pizza since the hot and ready options can be hit or miss. Today, however, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for a freshly made pizza, so I grabbed two that were readily available. Since lunch had just finished, the pizza wasn't in the warmer for long. I really enjoy the crust, which reminds me of the way Pizza Hut used to make theirs—crispy with a hint of butter and garlic. On top of that, the prices are fantastic. It's definitely the best value for pizza around!
Since we been coming here it's been a hit and miss with the pizza, sometimes not enough sauce or under cooked, it's mainly the hot and ready. I would have to call in and order pizza to make sure it's done right. It's been like this for sometime to the point where I just gave up going all together. Hopefully they improve

I still can’t order online after 7:30 PM because the website states that the Waterford location closes at 8:00. Aside from that, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Thinking about how delicious it is, I’m planning to order three amazing paprika pizzas tonight!
Tonight I ordered a pizza with half onions on it, came with entire onions on it, 2nd the deep dish pizza was so doughy it was gross couldn't eat it. The cook needs to be fired cuz it has happened more than once.
You've definitely made some improvements and trained the new staff well. The pizza tastes better now, but just a note: they closed 20 minutes earlier than scheduled!
At Little Caesars Pizza, my order was prepared exactly as I requested and delivered piping hot. The menu offers a great variety to suit every taste.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, yet it’s always busy. It’s surprising, especially since Waterford has only around 20 residents.
The food is generally good, but I suggest cooking it a little longer to prevent a doughy texture.
