I visited the restaurant tonight to pick up my online order. Upon my arrival, a girl yelled from the back that it would take a minute. When she finally came out, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She grabbed the money from my hand quite aggressively, causing it to fall onto the counter. I mentioned that her behavior was rude, and she rolled her eyes in response. When I asked if she could show me the custom pizza I had ordered to ensure it was made correctly, she again rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath. Given this experience, I don't think I'll be returning. Her demeanor was very unprofessional; she had dark hair and was wearing glasses.
The pizza was good and fresh, but it was just after lunchtime. I usually prefer to order my pizza since the hot and ready options can be hit or miss. Today, however, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for a freshly made pizza, so I grabbed two that were readily available. Since lunch had just finished, the pizza wasn't in the warmer for long. I really enjoy the crust, which reminds me of the way Pizza Hut used to make theirs—crispy with a hint of butter and garlic. On top of that, the prices are fantastic. It's definitely the best value for pizza around!
Pizza was good and fresh, but it was just after lunch. I usually order my pizza because the hot and ready is sometimes great and sometimes not so great. I was in a rush today and didn't have time to wait for a fresh made pizza and picked up 2 that were ready to go, but since the lunch had just ended the pizza was not sitting to long in the warmer. I really like the crust it reminds me of the way pizza hut used to do their crust, crispy and a lite butter and garlic flavor. The icing on the cake is how inexpensive it is. Best pizza price around.
The employees are alright, but the ingredients just make the entire pizza bland. If I want to have a quick pizza without substance or much flavor for a bargain this is the place to go. Pizza Plus is much better but about 5 times as much, so be willing to fork it over for one or the other as these are the only two in town. Reserva una mesa ahora
Since we been coming here it's been a hit and miss with the pizza, sometimes not enough sauce or under cooked, it's mainly the hot and ready. I would have to call in and order pizza to make sure it's done right. It's been like this for sometime to the point where I just gave up going all together. Hopefully they improve

I celebrated my doctor today at this wonderful restaurant, and I'm pleased to say we had a delightful evening. The venue truly contributed to the success of our gathering. The staff was elegantly dressed, the food was excellent, and my guests were very happy. We will definitely be returning for more events. Thank you!
I still can’t order online after 7:30 PM because the website states that the Waterford location closes at 8:00. Aside from that, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Thinking about how delicious it is, I’m planning to order three amazing paprika pizzas tonight!
