They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them—if there had been an option for zero, that’s what I would have chosen. This location is a complete joke. I thought the whole point of "hot and ready" pizzas was that they would actually be hot and ready when you walked into the store. They never have anything in their warmers and are always behind schedule. After waiting about five minutes, you finally place your order, only to find yourself standing there for what feels like ages. You’re told it’ll take five minutes, but after 25 minutes, you’re still waiting for your simple pepperoni pizza. Originally I said Good service the staff recently have become less customer focused and more time scrambling to make pizzas and stuff. They said hot and v ready between 4-8pm but generally they have nothing and you wait 10-20 minutes. If they don 't forget your order. I think they are understaffed. I still LOVE the Italian Cheesy Bread.

Got there at 7:38 because they wouldn't answer their phone before that. Tried to order a deep dish which he said took 11 min and he didn't want to make it. Tried to make me buy a regular pizza. How do these people even have a job give it to someone that cares. Would never go there again. It's a shame making this corporation look bad.

Would give 0 stars if I could, the woman who works there during the day with blonde hair and glasses is beyond rude . Had people waiting while she was folding boxes in the back even tho you could see their order was ready , beyond rude once asked to provide service . Reserva una mesa ahora

They crafted my pizza with great care, and it was incredibly delicious. As for vegetarian options, there are only two types of pizza available, but they do offer some really tasty breadsticks as well.

45min before closing and they can’t take an order?????When I worked a pizzeria we would take calls 20min before closing.What a joke lol

I think there was a management change. Quality went way down and marinara portions went down to 1/4 the serving as before.
