I called over another employee, unsure if she was the manager, to share my concerns about the rude behavior I experienced. She explained that the young woman was going through a difficult time, having recently lost her baby. I offered my condolences, but the employee responded dismissively with, “Just get your pizza, bruh.” At that point, I wasn’t sure if the loss was a tragic event or related to social services, but her negative attitude made it irrelevant to me. As a paying customer, I expect good service, which is what I’m paying for. In conclusion, I told the rude employee that the world doesn’t revolve around anyone’s personal struggles. The service was satisfactory, but they refused to accept any bills larger than $20. I happened to have several $100 and $50 bills on me since I had just been paid. Last time I looked, every piece of paper money in my wallet states on the back, "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private." What's going on in America? Just a heads up: we're moving toward a cashless society more quickly than you realize. That's when the real power dynamics will become evident.

Manager Erica was unprofessional and rude. When I asked for extra butter and Parmesan on my breadsticks, she responded as if I was asking her to pay for them, slamming items around afterward. The general manager was informed but ignored the situation and did nothing to address her behavior. Being from the North, this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me, but since Little Caesars is new to the South, I guess this is just how things are here.

The service was good, but they refused to accept cash for a bill over $20. I had a bag full of $100 and $50 bills as I had just been paid. The last time I checked, all our paper money states that it is legal tender for all debts, both public and private. What is happening in America? The staff at this place is incredibly unprofessional. Everyone was on their phones and not paying attention to customers. Even the pizza makers were on their phones while making the pizzas. We ordered a hot and ready cheese pizza, but it was neither hot nor ready, despite just being taken out of the oven. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I stepped inside briefly after running an errand, and the employee promptly inquired about my carry-out order. I would definitely recommend this place!

The pizza here is great and reasonably priced. However, I wish they wouldn't guarantee a wait time of under 5 minutes, as I've consistently ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a small order.
