This is one of my favorite spots for Hawaiian BBQ. The flavors are amazing, and the portion sizes are really generous—one combo plate is usually enough for me to have two meals. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. As a first responder, it can be difficult to grab food while on duty since we're constantly on call. There was one time when I had to leave to respond to a 911 call before my food was ready. When I returned to check if it was still available, they kindly offered to make me a new one and suggested that I call ahead next time to save time, letting them know if we get a call during the wait. It has been a while since I ordered from this place, I always order to go because the place just feels cramped and always warm inside. Customer service is always professional and they get your order out in a timely manner. I ordered the BBQ chicken mini and spam musubi. No complaints about the musubi, was fresh, hot, and the spam to rice ratio was good. They gave me a lot more chicken than I remembered for a mini but the chicken was dry and was warm. If I hadn't known better, I would think they reheated an old pile of chicken from the day before. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back anytime soon. I ordered the two-item combo and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The beef was overcooked and tough, and it was too salty. The grilled chicken, on the other hand, was bland and had a strong fresh chicken odor. I ended up discarding most of it. That said, this may have just been a one-time issue with those particular items at that moment. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and informed me that I could call to place an order directly, which would help me avoid the additional $3 service fee charged by ordering through apps like Google Maps.
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic! They're very helpful and take the time to explain the menu options. However, I had to take away a star due to some disappointing management practices. There's a large sign in the main lobby stating that phones should not be used except during breaks, which feels quite embarrassing. Management should treat their employees with respect and a bit of understanding. They're doing an excellent job and deserve to be treated like people, not like animals.

Amazing food and surprisingly giant servings at a great price! My husband and I ordered the Garlic Shrimp and BBQ chicken. Both were incredibly delicious. I don't usually like pasta salad, but I adored this one. It was delightfully light and pleasant. Thedecor was nothing to write home about, however the service was great, and the man who helped us was very friendly and pleasant(even though we came in shortly before close)
I've only ordered from here through a food delivery service, but I’ve been impressed every time. They really don’t skimp on portions like some other L&L locations, which I greatly appreciate. I tried the BBQ mix plate, and it was loaded with delicious Hawaiian barbecue meats. My absolute favorite is the short rib, but the chicken and Hawaiian BBQ beef are also fantastic. Plus, the mac salad is just perfect!
food is so small, definitely better L&L locations out there one star for being rude and laughing at another customer. the person at the front was indifferent and not eager to help me with my order but then they went out of their way to be rude to someone else so i will not shrug off the poor customer service.
This place is surprisingly good. I stopped by one day when I was in a hurry, and now I can't get enough of it. I had the Kalua pork and ribs combo plate, and it was delicious. The kids love it as well!
