I hadn't been to Long John Silver since it reopened so decided to try it out last night (6/14). I went through the drive-thru since it was only one car ahead of me. The cashier was pleasant while waiting for me to decide on my meal. I settled on the 2 pc fish dinner which comes with one side, 2 hush puppies and a drink. Seemed a little pricey $10.49 from what I remembered, but food is high everywhere. The tray seemed a little light, but food was hot and tasty. I expected an ear of corn, but instead got a container of corn kernels. It was flavorful!
I decided to drive to the window to pay for my food. However, I was left waiting to be acknowledged. When I asked if everything was okay, I was ignored until the employee finally responded with an annoyed eye roll. At that point, I chose to leave because I do not want to spend my money where customer service is lacking. Franchise manager, please take the time to train your staff to be more professional and courteous. - JL, Hyattsville
I ordered a fish sandwich and it was the worst I think I've ever had. The bread was microwaved chewy and the fish was so hard fried that you could not even taste the fish. When making payments they don't have chip readers or tap pay which youimmediately made me worry that it wasn't secure to even purchase there. The staff however is very friendly I love them.
Had discovered again on UberEATS, really enjoying the upgraded menu in particularly the Southwest shrimp tacos! Delicious with a lime dressing, corn and black beans. Stopped by the drive-thu and this what I was served, where's the corn black beans? I'mdone, no need to ever come back especially since the prices are so high.

They are put of EVERYTHING! NO ice, NO rice. NO green beans,NO hot sauce, no friendliness! They need to just CLOSE!! It's sad because the area seems nice but this place has ISSUES!! The staff aren't friendly AT ALL!!! OH YEAH, ONLY DIET PEPSI TO DRINKDietary restrictions: No healthy items available!
Omg, I placed my order, and they told me to pull up . Several cars waited 20-30 minutes, and I had to get out my car and go inside to pick up my order. Very bad service. Drive thru means drive up and get your order.
Drive thru ordering the worst can not get order correct. Best to go inside and order no more ordering from drive thru ...you will get a grab bag. Always things missing in order. Beware ...
The food is very greasy you're eating more grease than you are the actual meal. The hash puppies was loaded with oil and the fish was extremely salty

The wait for our food was excessively long, and we had to return our order twice. Moreover, the portion sizes were inadequate.
